All Holistic Beauty Apothecary products are crafted and packed in small batches in the Pacific Northwest.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, seasonal releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
